Welcome to the Burns Recruitment Career Matching Program. By submitting your information through our Career Matching Form, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our representation and the use of your information in our outreach efforts.

1. Authorization to Represent

By submitting your information, you grant Burns Recruitment the authority to act on your behalf in presenting your candidacy to potential employers. This includes:

  • Sharing details of your professional experience, skills, and career preferences with prospective employers.

  • Creating anonymized profiles and marketing materials that highlight your qualifications.

 

2. Confidentiality of Personal Information

Burns Recruitment prioritizes the confidentiality of your personal information. To safeguard your privacy:

  • Your name, contact information, and other identifiable details will be redacted from your resume and initial communications.

  • Employers will only receive your full details, including your name and contact information, after:
    a. An employer expresses interest in your profile.
    b. You provide explicit written or verbal consent to share your information.

 

3. Employer Outreach

Burns Recruitment will actively seek opportunities that align with your career goals and qualifications. This includes:

  • Proactively reaching out to employers and showcasing your anonymized profile.

  • Highlighting your skills and preferences without revealing personally identifiable information until consent is granted.
    While we work diligently to connect you with potential opportunities, we do not guarantee job placement or interviews.

 

4. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the submission process, including your resume, career preferences, and professional goals. Burns Recruitment is not responsible for the consequences of any inaccuracies in the information provided.

 

5. Opt-Out Option

You may withdraw from the Career Matching Program at any time by notifying Burns Recruitment in writing. Upon your request, we will:

  • Cease all outreach efforts on your behalf.

  • Remove your profile from our active candidate database.

 

6. No Employment Guarantee

Participation in the Career Matching Program does not guarantee:

  • Employment offers.

  • Specific interview outcomes.
    We will use our best efforts to align opportunities with your preferences, but the hiring decision remains solely with the employer.

 

7. Non-Liability for Employer Actions

Burns Recruitment acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers and is not responsible for:

  • Employer hiring practices or policies.

  • Job offers, terms of employment, or actions taken by employers during or after the hiring process.

 

8. Compliance with Laws

Burns Recruitment operates in full compliance with applicable recruitment and data protection laws. By participating in this program, you confirm that your participation does not violate any legal or contractual obligations with current or former employers.

 

9. Consent to Communication

By submitting your information, you consent to receive communication from Burns Recruitment via:

  • Email.

  • Phone.

  • Other forms of outreach regarding your candidacy and potential job opportunities.

 

10. Candidate Pool and Outreach

Candidates not selected for personalized outreach will still:

  • Be added to our active candidate pool, which employers can browse.

  • Be notified if an employer expresses interest in their profile.

Personalized outreach and active employer engagement are reserved for select candidates, as determined by Burns Recruitment.

 

11. Changes to Terms

Burns Recruitment reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Updates will be made available on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
